Rugged Portability

The Intoxilyzer® 200 is a breath tester and printer inside a rugged Pelican® case. Easily portable from site to site, the Intoxilyzer® 200 is built to withstand the extremes. It has a rechargeable battery capable of eight hours continuous use. The unit can also be used as a desktop instrument for stationary testing.

The Intoxilyzer® 200/200D can be used for both screening and confirmatory U.S. Department of Transportation-mandated employee alcohol testing. Results can be printed on three-part paper. The Intoxilyzer® 200/200D appears on the NHTSA Conforming Products List and is Y2K compliant.

Easy to Use

The Intoxilyzer® 200/200D is microprocessor controlled which makes it very easy to operate. The operator is prompted through the testing, calibration check and recalibration processes by an illuminated display.

In addition to performing standard breath alcohol tests, the Intoxilyzer® 200/200D has two additional test modes:

• A Custom mode that performs a calibration check if a test result is .02 or above, and
• A Fitness for Duty mode that automatically counts a user-configured waiting period (up to 20 minutes) between two tests.

Data Storage

The 200D version includes a keyboard for data entry of the subject's complete name, company and ID number as well as the operator's name and ID number. Using CMI's own 200-Soft, up to 150 stored test results can be downloaded to a PC into popular user-selected software programs.
